How long will it take for my account to be validated?

Your account will be validated within 24 hours. You will receive an e-mail when your account is approved or declined.

Why is my account declined?

Please contact us at shop@lavastica.com so we can evaluate why your account was declined.

I can’t see any prices or stock.

Prices and stock are only visible when logged in. It is possible to request a quote while not logged in.

How can I pay?

Payments can be done through bank transfer, creditcard, Paypal or iDeal. Alternative methods of payment can be discussed, as well as placing orders on credit.

The item I require is not in stock, or there are not enough items in stock.

These items can still be ordered, but come with a lead time. We will update you what will lead time will be.

How long before I receive my order?

We try to ship orders out within 24 hours. We use UPS for our shipping, and the package will be traceable with the Tracking Number.

I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do?
