Description
The Apollo XP95 55100-940APO is an Intrinsically Safe (I.S.) manual call point which operates as part of a radial circuit in hazardous areas when it is connected to a protocol translator and a galvanic barrier.
When the 55100-940APO is activated, it not only interrupts the polling cycle to indicate to the fire control panel that it has been activated, but also reports the address. This ensures that an alarm and its location can be reported in less than 0.2 seconds.
The Apollo 55100-940APO is activated by pressing the resettable element. An activated alarm status is indicated by a yellow and black bar in the lower section of the resettable element and the red LED will be lit. The 55100-940APO can easily be reset from the front with the reset key that is supplied with the unit.
